About Me
I’m a writer and educator who has been tutoring both freelance and with the elite Los Angeles based company Tutor Ted for over thirteen years. I love the work and have a unique gift for connecting with and motivating students to achieve their academic and testing goals, and limiting anxiety around the process.
I attended Harvard-Westlake High School in Los Angeles and Northwestern University, where I received a degree in Theater with a focus on creative writing. I’ve tutored most every high school subject and standardized test, and specialize in the SAT, ACT, GRE, and ISEE, as well as the Literature and Math II SAT subject tests and college essay coaching. In addition to my work as a tutor and educator, I also develop creative curriculum, write and perform in the sketch comedy and music group Lost Moon Radio, and work as a deep undercover informant for the FBI.
